Roof & Gutter Cleaningin College Station, Bryan & Houston, TX
Black streaks off the roof. Debris out of the gutters. Water where it belongs.
Overview
Roof & Gutter Cleaning done right
Those dark streaks running down your shingles are not dirt. They are a hardy algae that feeds on the limestone in asphalt shingles, shortens the life of the roof, and makes an otherwise well-kept house look tired. We remove it with a roof-safe soft wash, never high pressure, which would strip the protective granules off the shingles.
Gutters are the other half of the job. When they fill with leaves, pine needles, and shingle grit, water overflows against the fascia, pools at the foundation, and finds its way into places it should never be. We clean them out by hand, flush the downspouts, and let you know if anything is loose, sagging, or pulling away from the roofline.

Around Here
Why roof & gutters matters in the Brazos Valley and Houston
Live oaks, pecans, and pines around College Station, Bryan, and Houston drop leaves and pollen strands nearly year-round, and spring oak tassels can fill a gutter in a couple of weeks. With the heavy rain events this part of Texas gets, a clogged gutter turns into a foundation and fascia problem quickly. Two cleanouts a year is a good rhythm for most treed lots.
FAQ
Roof & Gutter Cleaning questions
Will roof cleaning damage my shingles?
Not with soft washing. We never use high pressure on a roof. The cleaning solution does the work and the algae dies and washes away naturally with rain over the following weeks.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes with trees nearby, typically after spring pollen drop and after fall leaves. Homes with few trees can often go once a year.
Do you install gutter guards?
We focus on cleaning and maintenance. If you have guards already, we can clean on top of and around them and let you know if they are causing overflow.
Can you clean a two-story roof?
Yes. We are equipped and insured for multi-story residential work and use the right ladders and safety equipment for the job.
