Pressure Washingin College Station, Bryan & Houston, TX

Concrete, brick, and stone that look new again.

Overview

Pressure Washing done right

Hard surfaces around your property take a beating from Texas weather. Driveways go gray and blotchy, sidewalks grow slick green algae in the shade, and patios collect a layer of grime that hosing off never touches. Our pressure washing service strips all of it away using commercial-grade equipment and surface cleaners that leave an even, streak-free finish instead of the zebra stripes you get from a rented wand.

We size the pressure and nozzle to the surface. Concrete and pavers can take real force; brick, mortar, and softer stone need a lighter touch to avoid etching or blowing out joints. Every job starts with a walk-around so we know what we are working with, and we pre-treat oil, rust, and organic stains before washing so they lift instead of smearing.

How It Works

A typical pressure washing job

No surprises. Here is what happens from the first call to the final walk-through.

  1. 1

We walk the property with you, note problem spots, and confirm the surfaces to be cleaned.

  2. 2

Plants, outlets, and anything sensitive are covered or moved out of the spray path.

  3. 3

Stains get pre-treated so they release from the pores of the concrete.

  4. 4

A rotary surface cleaner does the bulk of the work for an even, stripe-free result; edges and corners are finished by hand.

  5. 5

Everything is rinsed clean and we walk it with you again before we leave.

Around Here

Why pressure washing matters in the Brazos Valley and Houston

Between Brazos Valley humidity and the shade from mature live oaks, algae and mildew show up fast on north-facing concrete around College Station and Bryan. Closer to Houston, the added Gulf moisture makes it worse. An annual wash keeps surfaces safe to walk on and stops buildup from permanently discoloring the concrete.

FAQ

Pressure Washing questions

Will pressure washing damage my driveway or pavers?

Not when it is done correctly. We match pressure and nozzle to the surface, keep the wand moving, and use a surface cleaner rather than a narrow tip for flatwork. Loose paver sand may need topping off afterward, which we will point out.

How often should I have my concrete washed?

Most homes in the area benefit from a wash once a year. Shaded, north-facing, or heavily treed properties sometimes need it twice a year to keep algae from returning.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have access to an exterior water spigot and the areas to be cleaned, we can complete the job while you are away and send photos when we are done.

Can you remove oil stains?

We pre-treat oil and grease with a degreaser and can significantly lighten most stains. Very old, deep stains may not disappear completely, and we will be upfront about that during the walk-around.
