Do I supply the lights?
We typically supply commercial-grade LED lighting fitted to your home, which is what allows us to guarantee the look and maintain it. If you already have lights you love, ask and we will let you know whether we can work with them.
When should I book holiday lighting?
As early as possible. Installs generally begin in late October and early November, and the schedule fills quickly.
What if a section goes out during the season?
Let us know and we will come out and fix it. In-season maintenance is part of the service.
Do you take the lights down too?
Yes. Takedown after the holidays is included, and we pack everything properly so it is ready for the following year.
